How Can severe Upper Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I have been having horrible upper abdominal pain , I took gas x and it helped, but only for a few minutes. Now the pain is going all the way through my back, I don t have medical insurance, so I am afraid that they are just going to say it s gas or indigestion.

Hello, After going through your query, I am of the opinion that you are having either Acute gastritis or Gall Bladder disease.I suggest you to take an Antispasmodic three times a day along with a combination of Cap Rabeprazole-Domperidone (40+300) once a day on an empty stomach. You can get an ultrasound of upper abdomen and an endoscopy done.
